evaelisabethI just had some of the best salmon I have ever had the pleasure to munch on. It was absolutely perfectly cooked on a bed of wilted spinach with a light chive sauce and a lovely side of designer leaves. Yumm, heaven on a plate and my boss paid for it which made it even tastier.
