The Bad Bad Old Days

I just finished typing a statement by an old lady living in England. Ireland has a very shameful background of religious run institution where orphans, pregnant teenagers and pretty much anyone who went against the norm could be warehoused. It's an account of a two year old beeing beaten and abandoned in an infirmary with no toys, no stimulation, having to sit still all day. Of an 11 year or girl who contract TB and whose happiest times were the year she spent in a sanatorium where she says she was cared for and made a fuss of. It's disgusting what those nuns did and I hope they rot in their hell for their crimes.
