Daily Diary
Jul. 25th, 2007 08:57 amI'm trying something new, a quick post every morning, we will see if it works.
Yesterday was hectic, I just can't catch up with everything that I'm supposed to be doing, I have a to do list as long as my arm.
Kate continues to be a trooper with the move, she went to be more happily than the day before (which was her first night in the new house) unfortunately she managed to tuck her sippy cup of water into her blankets which meant that around 11pm she awoke in no small discomfort due to the sopping condition of her bed. Poor thing she was fuzzy and outraged at the same time.
paradigmslost continues to work on cleaning the old house and getting rid of junk, the poor man stood in line (in the car) at the dump for hours yesterday and they decided not to open. In the evening I stay with Kate and he goes back for some more hard work.
The weather continues to be the wettest in living memory, half of England is under water and everyone is wondering if we will have any summer at all. My Mom's garden is bursting with produce but she can't get to it because it continues to rain off and on all day.
That's all I can think of right now. I will try to finish the journalling about my vacation when we have an internet connection at home again.
