paradigmslost has been hit by the latest vomiting bug and Kate was poorly enough this morning from the eternal cold she has had that Mom and I decided she shouldn't go to Playgroup. Poor ursulaelisabeth is also feeling pretty bad with what looks like a sinus infection but she decided she had to go to work today, luckily she only works 3 days a week and won't need to go back till Monday. I was feeling a shade off too this morning, enough to make me nervous, but I'm feeling fine again. Kate has also improved during the day so we are actually having a lovely time (except for paradigmslost). We made chocolate muffins from a recipe out of the Cake Bible and they turned out beautiful very unctuous. I decided against the planned bean soup for dinner and made a roast tomato & garlic soup which we will have with some fresh green salad that should be light enough for all of us except my poor husband, there may even be some garlic bread.
