Medical question

I suspect that I have an on again off again yeast infestation that manifests as severe dandruff and scaly cracking lips. Do any of the herbaly/holistically inclined people who read this have any tips and how to improve this problem? I'm trying to approach it on a full body tack. I have started taking daily live yoghurt , I don't want to cut out all sugars and breads just yet (it's not that bad really) but perhaps more moderate dietary changes would help too.
