Cape Question

evaelisabethI have some beautiful Pink Wool for making a winter cape for Kate, it will be lined with linen in a complimentary color (also pink of course). Now I think a full circle cloak would be overkill for a little girl. So what should I go for 3/4, 1/2? Any input is very much appreciated.
