Sharing my frustrations

The phone people can't tell me whether we will still have broadband available until the actual cable is connected. We have a new telephone pole but apparently the people who put up the pole don't actually hook up the cable.
The phone people who actually connect the cable don't want to hear from me, I have to wait for them to call me to tell me when they are coming so I don't even know when the cable will be connected.
They can't/won't transfer my broadband service to the new phone number, they want to charge me €30 for connecting up new broadband service (never mind that we already have a contract with them for broadband on our old phone number).
Customer Service SUCKS in this country.
