I just received an e-mail from one of my regional managers telling me that he was forwarding an e-mail from one of his reps who was unable to get through on my e-mail himself. Unfortunately the attachment did no make it through, so I e-mailed the rep directly asking him to resend it to my e-mail address. He replies telling me that he can't get through on my e-mail address and to please provide him with an address that works.

There's something wrong with this picture.

The sad thing is that I told him to send the attachment to my boss and she would forward it to me. I didn't pause and slap my forhead until about 10 minutes later when she sent me his e-mail.

I need either a vacation or a drink, preferably both.
