Life is too short to drink bad wine.

I've been looking at the answers to this question that have been posted on the home page and wonder if the people commenting really have thought through this question. The general tenor seems to be that there should be some kind of licensing system that you have to go through to be allowed to have kids. You can't be too poor or too stupid or too ugly or too (fill in the blank)or you won't be allowed to breed. We only want physically perfect, smart kids raised by people who have a good steady income who won't ever make any mistakes raising their perfect children.
