Hi friends, a quick update on the software I choose for backup. I initially went with Genie which seemed a good option but unfortunately it wouldn't work for some esoteric reason (prayer and offerings of the traditional sacrificial goat were in vain). All I got from the company was an email pointing me to a document with a list of 5 or 6 different technical things that could be wrong and the suggestion that I work through all of them before I bother them again. I'm not technically incompetent and was unsure of most of the suggestions they made and decided to abandon this option. Instead I went for Retrospect Express HD 2.0 which was recommended by one of our former MBA students (Thank you T). It worked like a charm first time and has been backing up faithfully ever since.
